The Argentinean style Parilla grill is what makes Pablo’s churrasco such a special experience. The Parilla offers a unique style of cooking that was practiced by the Gauchos of Southern Brazil and Argentina. Meats are slowly cooked over natural wood charcoal on rotating skewers resulting in flavoursome, succulent and tender cuts.
Complementing the authentic Latin American décor of Pablo’s is Jacks Brewery. Be sure to try some of the beer that is brewed by the house that one Jack built and the other one made.
