An extraordinary general meeting was held at Rosehill race course on the 13th of September 2017 at 7.00pm to vote on a motion to adopt a new constitution for Parramatta Leagues Club.

193 members attended the meeting and there were 68 votes for the motion 123 votes against and 2 abstentions.

As the motion was a special resolution and required the approval of 75% of eligible members in attendance, the motion was unsuccessful.
